Are your items made to order?
Yes! All of our products are custom made to order. This allows us to create unique, personalized pieces just for you.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. However, if you notice an error shortly after submitting the order, please email us, we may be able to make an adjustment on our end. Bannerbabeandco@gmail.com
How long does production take?
Production times vary based on the item and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times are listed on individual product pages. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. General rule of thumb, we need 5-7 business days for processing.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We only offer local pickup at this time. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error caused by us. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
What if I made a mistake on my personalization?
Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, names, dates, and details at checkout. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for errors submitted with the order.
Can I upload inspiration photos or logos?
Yes! Many of our products allow you to upload logos, images, or inspiration photos directly on the product page. These help guide the design but may not be replicated exactly.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush availability varies by product and season. If you’re on a tight timeline, please contact us before placing your order & we can confirm.
What types of products do you offer?
We specialize in hand-painted banners and also offer custom gift items such as college canvases, clipboards, cutting boards, baseballs, and more as our collection continues to grow. Don't see something you need as an option available? Reach out and request! We're happy to take new requests.Â
