Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. This includes spelling, names, dates, ages, colors, and any other custom information provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be changed.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
